Who We Are
The Navigators is a community of friends who want to know God and Jesus Christ, and who want to love and encourage each other while walking through life together. We encourage you to come just as you are to enjoy friendship and community with us as we seek to understand who God is and why it matters. Connect with us through our contact page or ministry page to grow in Christ and make deep friendships!
What We Do
The Navigators ministry serves as an open door to share Jesus each year through life-on-life relationships, recreation, and discipleship. Our goal is to equip others with the skills and tools for them to advance the gospel wherever life leads. We believe that discipleship is friendship with a vision. The Navigators desire to come alongside, live life with you and to help you know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same.
Who We Serve
Everyone is on a spiritual journey, and we want to relate to you where you are at in life right now. We offer large group, small group, and one on one meetings in all of our ministries in Nashville (Collegiate, Navigator 20s, and I-FAM) . Come enjoy friendship and community with us as we seek to understand who God is and why it matters. See our ministries page to get connected and grow!

Molly and Christian were high school sweethearts from Atlanta who got married during Christian's junior year at Vanderbilt. Molly went on staff in 2013, excited to disciple women, and Christian became a math teacher. They love mentoring younger students through teaching, reading the Bible, and living life alongside them in Nashville - also inviting them into their family where they foster children.

Dylan first came on staff with The Navigators in 2019 upon graduating from Belmont University in Nashville. Dylan loves to joyfully help people see their role in God's grand mission to redeem and restore the world through the crucified and risen Jesus! He loves Coffee, his wife Macy, and a good book - preferably all at the same time, and certainly not in that order.

Destiny graduated from Vanderbilt University in May of 2021 and chose to come on staff with The Nashville Navigators because of her passion for women to know the security of their identity in Jesus. She is married to Gabriel Mercer as of December 2020. They met through mutual friends in The Navigators and began dating when they learned they shared a heart for the Hispanic community to also come to know the love and security of salvation in Jesus Christ. They are praying for opportunities to use their cultural and familial backgrounds as assets to sharing the gospel with students on Vanderbilt's campus and Hispanic families in Nashville, Tennessee.
