Summer Training Program
What is an STP?
Each summer The Navigators Collegiate Ministries provide multiple intensive summer growth initiatives called Summer Training Programs (STPs) in different regions of the country.
Students will live, work, have fun, and grow with other college students during this eight week summer intensive at the YMCA in Estes Park, CO. Each student will live on property, work 40 hours a week (Team Leaders 20 hours a week), and participate in bible studies, evangelistic opportunities, discipleship groups, leadership training, and fellowship.

1. Growth
Learn how to meet regularly with Jesus through His Word, and grow though bible studies, evangelistic outreach, discipleship groups, and quality speakers! Come be challenged to grow and develop in your faith!

You will live, work, and have fun together all summer long developing friends that will last a lifetime!

Students work full-time jobs at the YMCA earning a real paycheck. Not only do students gain unique job experiences, but they also gain invaluable relational skills.

Between large group functions and your days off just minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park, you'll never be bored!

Team Member: $1700
Team Leader: $1100
$100 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, applied to program cost.
