Who We Are
The Navigators is a ministry that shares the gospel of Jesus and helps people grow in their relationship with Him through Life-to-Life® discipleship, creating spiritual generations of believers. Since its founding in 1933, The Navigators has upheld the mission “to know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same®.”
The Navigators at UMass Amherst is a registered student organization at The University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. It is led by students for students and is supported by local staff.
What We Do
The Navigators ministry is passionate about knowing and sharing Jesus each year through life-to-life discipleship relationships. We believe that discipleship is friendship with a vision. The Navigators desire to come alongside, live life with you and to help you know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same. We want to equip you with the skills and tools to mature in your walk with God and to advance the gospel wherever life leads you!
Who We Serve
We host Bible studies, retreats, and outings throughout the year. Any student at UMass is welcome to be a part of this community!
Why We Serve
"We loved you so much that we shared with you not only God’s Good News but our own lives, too" (1 Thessalonians 2:8).
